STANDARD DELIVERY

You can expect delivery of most items within 7-10 business days of your order. The Flag Store, venasflagstore.com typically uses UPS and will provide our customers with tracking #’s and a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

While most items are shipped from our warehouse, certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take seven to twenty-one days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.

The Flag Store & venasflagstore.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by email or fax.
